Product Development & Technology
Experience
The Product Development & Technology department has over twenty professionals with expertise in paints and coatings, printing and converting, coating and casting (liquid, water and solvent and solventless) and color development.
Technology
At Performance Films Division, we specialize in manufacturing single or multiple layers of materials on plastic films or substrates to produce functional and/or decorative surfaces. Our professionals are able to convert your product desires into a finished product.
Laboratory and Pilot Facilities
We have multiple laboratories for formulating, evaluating, and testing of coatings, films and composites. We have pilot facilities for casting and gravure coating on a variety of webs, vapor depositing various metals and inorganics.
Testing Laboratory
Performance Films Division maintains an ISO 9002 testing facility capable of testing and certifying our materials to OEM material specifications.

Experience
Our team of color stylists and designers use state-of-the-art computer and printing equipment to work closely with designers to effecively coordinate color schemes and appearance, or even create totally new looks. Whether it's woodgrain, geometric, organic or metallic patterns, our exciting product portfolio offers literally hundreds of different interior or exterior designs. |
